BV999 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Usage Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by bv999 at the domain bv999.cash, including the sportsbook, online casino, crash games, VIP Club and all related promotional activities. The entity operating bv999 is referred to throughout this document as "bv999", "we", "us" or "the platform".

By registering an account at bv999, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register an account or use the bv999 platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms that may apply to individual promotions, the VIP Club programme, or specific game types. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion or feature terms, the specific terms will take precedence for that particular feature or promotion only.

bv999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the bv999 platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and use the bv999 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bv999 operates a strict 18+ policy and takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own name, for your own personal use. Corporate accounts, shared accounts and accounts operated on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must be the legitimate holder of any payment method used to deposit into your bv999 account. Using payment methods that belong to another person is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during the registration process. Any account registered using false details — including a false name, date of birth or contact information — may be suspended at any time and balances withheld pending identity verification.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by bv999 or any associated platform at the time of registration.

bv999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Standard documents requested include a valid national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account restrictions or closure.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one bv999 account. If bv999 identifies that a player holds or has held multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended. Balances and bonuses across all duplicate accounts may be forfeited at bv999's discretion.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999 login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bv999 will never ask for your password via support chat or email. Any activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility.

Account currency: All bv999 accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balance amounts, deposit minimums, withdrawal minimums, bet limits and bonus values are quoted in PKR throughout the platform.

Inactive accounts: An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. bv999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 500 on inactive accounts with a remaining balance. This fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players are notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, and reactivating the account by logging in will stop the fee.

Account closure: You may request to close your bv999 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal amount will be returned to your registered payment method. Closing an account for responsible gaming reasons is handled under the Responsible Gaming section of these Terms.

bv999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Supported methods may change over time — the current list is always visible on the Cashier page of your account.

Deposit processing: Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your bv999 account within seconds of confirmed payment. Deposits via IBFT bank transfer may take up to 2 business hours to appear. Card deposits are typically instant but may take up to 30 minutes in some cases.

Withdrawal processing: All withdrawal requests at bv999 are subject to a security review before processing. Standard account withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Gold VIP accounts are processed within 6 hours. Platinum receives same-day processing and Diamond VIP receives instant processing. bv999 reserves the right to extend processing times if additional security verification is required.

Anti-money laundering: bv999 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the account. bv999 may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.

Deposit fees: bv999 does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees — bv999 is not responsible for any charges applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer.

All bonuses and promotions offered by bv999 are subject to these general Terms and the specific terms of each individual offer. When a bonus is claimed, the player accepts both sets of terms. In cases of conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Welcome bonus: The bv999 welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The combined deposit and bonus amount must be wagered 8× before any withdrawal can be made. Casino wagers count as follows towards the wagering requirement: sports bets 100%, live casino 100%, crash games 25%, slots 10%. Bonus must be used within 30 days of credit or it expires.

Free bets and other credits: Free bets, free spins and other promotional credits issued by bv999 have no cash value. Winnings generated from free bets are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion. Free bets and credits expire at the time stated in the promotion — unused credits are forfeited on expiry.

One offer per household: bv999 welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per household address, one per device IP address, and one per registered payment method. Attempts to claim first-deposit promotions multiple times will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account review.

Weekly cashback: The VIP Club weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the previous calendar week and credited every Monday. Cashback rates are determined by VIP tier (Bronze 3% through Diamond 20%). Diamond VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement. All other tiers carry a 1× wagering requirement on cashback funds. Full VIP programme terms are in Section 8 below.

The bv999 sportsbook operates under the following rules, which apply to all sports markets including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, kabaddi and all other sports offered on the platform.

Bet acceptance: All bets at bv999 are subject to acceptance at the time of placement. bv999 reserves the right to decline any bet, or to impose limits on bet size, without explanation. Bet acceptance is confirmed by a confirmation screen — a bet is not confirmed until this screen is shown and a bet ID is issued.

Odds changes: Odds displayed on the bv999 platform may change between the time you select a market and the time you confirm your bet, particularly in fast-moving in-play markets. By default, bv999 will accept bets at the better odds if odds have improved. If odds have moved against you, you will be shown the updated odds before confirming. You may set your odds acceptance preference in your account settings.

Void bets: A bet may be voided by bv999 in the following circumstances: the event does not take place or is abandoned; the market is offered in error (incorrect teams, dates or conditions); technical errors result in incorrect odds being published; or the event outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable timeframe. Voided bets are returned to your bv999 account balance as a stake refund.

Match results: bv999 uses official match results from the governing body of each sport to settle markets. For cricket and PSL, this is the official result as declared by the ECB, PCB or relevant tournament authority. Third-party data providers are used for in-play data — minor delays may occur and bv999 is not liable for delays in data feeds.

In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted on a "bet-at-risk" basis — if an event has already occurred (for example, a wicket has fallen) at the time your in-play bet is processed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. This is an inherent feature of in-play betting and is not the basis for any claim against bv999.

Maximum winnings: The maximum payout on any single sports bet at bv999 is Rs 1,00,00,000 (ten million rupees). Accumulators are subject to the same cap. This limit applies across all accounts betting on the same event — bv999 reserves the right to reduce maximum payouts on specific events where total exposure warrants it.

The bv999 casino section — including live dealer games, slots, and crash games — operates under the following rules in addition to the general Terms above.

RNG certification: All random number generator-based games offered at bv999 use certified RNG systems provided by the respective game studios. RTP figures displayed for each game reflect theoretical long-term return — they are not a guarantee of outcomes in any individual session or a specified number of rounds.

Provably fair crash games: Aviator, JetX and all Spribe crash titles at bv999 use provably fair algorithms. The crash multiplier for each round is determined before any bets are placed, using a cryptographic combination of the server seed and player client seed. Round hashes are available for independent verification after each round concludes.

Game malfunction: In the event of a technical malfunction — including a crash mid-round, connection interruption, or software error — bv999 will resolve the round based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the malfunction. If the server state cannot be determined, bets placed in the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. bv999 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's end, including internet disconnections during in-play sessions.

Casino maximum win: The maximum single win from any casino game at bv999 — including crash game payouts — is capped at Rs 50,00,000 per round, unless otherwise stated in the specific game terms. Progressive jackpots have separate payout terms.

The bv999 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier status is calculated on the basis of a rolling 30-day wager total, recalculated daily. A player's current tier determines their cashback rate, withdrawal speed and access to additional VIP services.

Wager contribution rates to VIP tier: Sports bets and live casino bets contribute at 100%. Crash game bets contribute at 25%. Slot bets contribute at 10%. Bets placed using bonus funds contribute at 50%. Voided bets do not contribute.

Tier downgrade: bv999 VIP tier is based on a rolling 30-day window. If a player's 30-day wager total drops below their current tier threshold, a 14-day grace period applies before any downgrade takes effect. Players are notified when they are in the grace period. Consistent inactivity will result in tier reduction.

VIP exclusivity: VIP Club membership, including the personal account manager service offered from Gold tier, is a discretionary service provided by bv999. bv999 reserves the right to remove VIP status or personal manager access from any account found to be in breach of these Terms, regardless of wager total.

Cashback terms: Weekly VIP cashback is calculated on net losses only — it is not paid on winning weeks. Cashback is credited every Monday morning. The 1× wagering requirement on Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum cashback means the cashback amount must be wagered once before withdrawal. Diamond VIP cashback has no wagering requirement. Maximum weekly cashback amounts by tier are available from your account manager or the VIP Club page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bv999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing and corruption: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of the outcome, are involved in the fixing of the event, or have any direct influence over the result. bv999 takes match fixing extremely seriously and reports suspicious betting patterns to relevant sporting authorities.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; making systematically hedged bets across accounts to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated tools to exploit bonus mechanics.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts: Placing opposing bets across different bv999 accounts — whether your own or coordinated with another person — to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome is prohibited.
• Use of automated betting software: Bots, betting scripts, automated clicking tools or any software that places bets on your behalf without your direct, manual intervention is prohibited unless bv999 has explicitly granted written permission for a specific automation feature.
• Exploiting technical errors: If you discover a technical error — including incorrectly displayed odds, a game malfunction that could be exploited, or a system vulnerability — you are required to stop playing and notify bv999 support immediately. Any winnings generated by knowingly exploiting a technical error will be forfeited.
• Money laundering: Using the bv999 platform to process proceeds of crime, or to obscure the origin of funds through betting activity, is a criminal offence. bv999 has reporting obligations under applicable regulations and will report suspicious transactions.
• Underage gambling: Allowing a person under 18 to access your bv999 account is prohibited and may result in closure of the account and investigation.

bv999 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all players at no charge. These tools can be accessed from your account settings at any time without affecting your account standing or VIP status.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on your bv999 account. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits take 48 hours to come into effect — this cooling-off period is mandatory.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders that notify you after a specified time period during a gaming session. These are informational and do not automatically end your session.
• Reality checks: Enable on-screen notifications during gameplay that show your net win/loss for the current session at specified intervals.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the bv999 platform. Periods available are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect within 30 minutes of request. During self-exclusion, bv999 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you re-registering. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform, bv999 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors or interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

bv999's total liability to any player, arising from any cause, is limited to the total deposits made by that player to their bv999 account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bv999 is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses — including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity — arising from use of the platform.

bv999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of the player's own decisions regarding bet placement, cash-out timing, or use of any strategy. Betting and casino gaming carry inherent financial risk and bv999 provides the platform for entertainment purposes.

bv999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the document. For significant changes, bv999 will provide notice via registered email address or on-platform notification where practical.

Continued use of the bv999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept any change to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure via support. Existing confirmed bets at the time of any Terms update are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of bet placement.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the bv999 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes between you and bv999 should first be raised with our customer support team, who will aim to resolve your issue within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by bv999 support, you may escalate your complaint by writing to our formal complaints address provided by the support team. bv999 is committed to resolving all genuine complaints fairly and in a timely manner.

In the event of a dispute over the outcome of a bet or casino round, the records held by bv999's server systems shall be the definitive record of what occurred, unless there is clear evidence of a technical error. bv999 maintains comprehensive transaction and gaming logs for dispute resolution purposes.
